My name is Ngoc Nguyen, and I am the founder of Jem Travel. Born and raised in the vibrant city of Hanoi, I have always been driven by the desire to share the extraordinary beauty and rich cultural identity of my home country with travelers from all over the world.

My Journey and Background

After graduating in Italian Language and Culture from the University of Hanoi in 2012, I chose to further my academic path by moving to Italy. There, I earned a Master’s Degree in Tourism Management from the University of Calabria. This international experience was a pivotal turning point, allowing me to gain firsthand understanding of the expectations, habits, and quality standards of the European market.

Building on this background, I have developed over ten years of experience in the tourism industry, collaborating with European operators and designing tailor-made itineraries across Vietnam and Southeast Asia. Over the years, I have built a solid network of local partners and refined an approach centered on quality, personalization, and reliability.

Driven by this vision, I founded Jem Travel in March 2024. Our goal is to provide high-level travel services—ranging from 3 to 5 stars—designed to meet the needs of an increasingly discerning international clientele. Today, Jem Travel is a dynamic company guided by a dedicated and passionate team committed to showcasing the very best of Vietnam through authentic experiences, meticulously curated in every detail.

As we continue to grow and consolidate our presence in the European market, I had the opportunity to meet Simone Vallone, a professional with extensive experience in the tourism sector and a deep knowledge of the Italian market. From our very first meeting, a strong professional synergy emerged, rooted in shared values such as quality, transparency, and a relentless focus on the customer.

Thanks to his expertise and his ability to interpret the specific needs of Italian travel agencies, Simone is now a key figure in the development of Jem Travel in Italy. Therefore, we are delighted to announce his appointment as the Official Representative of Jem Travel for the Italian market.

In this role, Simone serves as a direct point of contact for our partners in Italy, ensuring effective communication, constant support, and professional management of all requests—fully aligned with the high standards that define Jem Travel.
