We commit to reply your email within 24 hours and you will receive the quotation within 48 hours from when we have enough informations of your request. This is the standard time required to review the proposal and provide the most suitable pricing. According to the Vietnamese law, the travel agencies/ tour operators have to cover at least 3 first travelling days of customers. If your clients prefer to know more details about our insurance and coverage, please let us know in a specific request.
